How to gear up?

What to wear in winter
Start warm with a base layer and a mid-layer, and as you warm up during your run, remove a layer to regulate your body temperature. Your base layer should be made from breathable fabric with plenty of ventilation so you can avoid overheating once the weather warms up. Remember to protect your extremities from the cold: gloves and hats will be your best allies.

Protecting yourself from the rain
Rain can cool you down and cause discomfort through chafing due to wet clothing. Your outer layer should be made from water-resistant materials like Softshell or Ripstop, without losing breathability or moisture-wicking properties, to keep you dry and comfortable.
