Yes! Since 2024, medical certificate is being replaced. Now, you must fill in the Health Prevention Course (HPC).
How does HPC work?
It’s very simple! Go to this website. During this online class, you’ll be informed about:
- The risky situations : unusal feelings, precaution regarding the age, the bad habits that impact the health…
- The need to check your doctor in case of identified health risk
- The importance of being trained to life saving gestures
- The access of a documentary basis about health good practices
If your HPC is validated, you’ll be able to edit your HPC certificate in PDF format and upload it on your time to account.
THIS CERTIFICATE LASTS 3 MONTHS, YOU’LL BE ABLE TO FILL IT IN ONLY FROM JANUARY 13th 2025.
In order to validate your document, you must register yourself on timeto and click on « My account », and on « My event ». Under the name of the race, you must select « No document uploaded ».
YOU CAN UPLOAD IT ONLY 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE RACE, STARTING JANUARY 13th 2025.
The file must be in PDF format and with a 3Mo maximum size. You must compress the file if it’s heavier than 3Mo.
The document is well uploaded when « PENDING » is indicated.
Validation will begin 1 month before the event and you’ll receive an email about the validation or refusal of the document. If you can’t upload it, you must use a different web browser (Google Chrome). Be aware that the document needs to be uploaded until 7 days before the race !
