Tomorrow, the weather is expected to be pleasant with mild, spring-like temperatures. To make the most of your run and stay safe in the heat, keep these tips in mind:

  • ✅ Wear light clothing (shorts/t-shirt), no base layer or leggings.
    You can drop your jacket/sweatshirt in the clothing recycling bins in the start area.
  • 💧 Stay hydrated regularly—before, during, and after the race.
  • 💦 Don’t hesitate to cool off by pouring water over your head.
  • ⚠️ If you feel the first signs of overheating, slow down and manage your effort to finish the race in the best possible condition.
