For this edition, everything has been designed to support you efficiently throughout the course, while reducing the event’s environmental impact.
High-quality refreshment stations
13 refreshment points will be available along the course:
- 9 full refreshment stations (food + drinks)
- 4 water points
- 1 full refreshment station at the finish
- 2 Ta Energy stations (electrolyte drink)
The full refreshment stations (160 m long) will offer a wide selection of sweet and savory products, easily accessible without crowding.
👉 New for 2026: more stations and shorter distances between each, especially in the second half of the course, for smoother hydration.
Cooling systems will be set up in case of high temperatures.
More responsible hydration
👉 No cups or bottles will be distributed along the course.
Remember to bring your own container (cup, flask, or hydration pack).
Volunteers and refill stations will be available to make refilling easy.
Sub-2h50 system
An elite-style bottle system is available for runners targeting under 2h50:
- pre-filled bottles provided
- mandatory collection after use
- reused by the organization
Conditions: start in the preferred wave (≤ 8:03 a.m.) and maintain a 4:01/km pace.
⚠️ Bottles must be disposed of only in designated zones (150 m after refreshment stations), otherwise you risk disqualification.
Plan your equipment ahead: a good hydration strategy will make all the difference on race day 💧🏃♂️
